b) We cannot guarantee that the colors displayed on your computer monitor will be exactly the same as the actual product colors; your product may differ slightly from the image.

2. Processing Guidelines

a) All products on the website are subject to stock availability and your order will only be processed after payment is received.

b) If the product you ordered is out of stock, or if we require additional identification information to verify your credit card, we will contact you.

3. Shipping and Tracking Number

a) We only offer free shipping to addresses within the United States.

b) After placing your order, you will receive an estimated delivery time based on product stock and order processing time. Depending on your region, the order page will display the carrier and estimated delivery date.

c) Please note that the delivery date displayed on the order page is for reference only, and the actual delivery date may vary.

d) After your order is shipped, we will send you a tracking number via email. Please note that the tracking number may take up to 24 hours to update online.

4. Order Processing

a) We strive to process and ship your order within 1-3 business days after you submit it.

b) This refers to the time it takes for the goods to be shipped from our warehouse to their destination. Free shipping orders typically take approximately 7-15 days. US orders are shipped by USPS/FedEx/other courier companies.

c) Please note that once an order is processed and shipped, we cannot change the shipping address or other order information.

5. Inspection

a) Upon receiving your order, you must immediately inspect the delivered products to ensure they are in the expected condition.

b) If the products are not in the expected condition, please contact us as soon as possible and provide all necessary information, including photographic evidence.

6. Returns and Exchanges

6.1 Returns

a) We accept returns of most products within 30 days of receipt, provided the product is unopened, unused, unaltered, all labels and/or stickers are intact, and the original sales receipt is provided.

b) Please note that we do not accept returns of any special orders and/or promotional/final sale products.

6.2 Exchanges

a) All exchange requests must be received by our office within 30 days of receiving the order. We will do our best to accommodate your exchange request.

b) If the replacement item you wish to purchase is sold out, we will assist you in finding another suitable item, or if the item qualifies for our return policy, we will process a refund of your store points.

6.3 Return Process

a) Please contact us so we can provide you with a Return Authorization (RMA) number and a return address.

b) You must keep the returned/exchanged items safe and unopened, unused, and in their original condition, and return them to the original shipping address. We recommend obtaining a mailing receipt from the carrier and ensuring safe return, as you are responsible for the safekeeping of the goods and for any damage incurred before they reach our warehouse.

c) All returns must arrive at our office within 30 days of receiving your order. Please choose the appropriate shipping method based on your circumstances. You will be responsible for all return shipping costs.

d) For returns, we will process your refund in the form of store points within 7 days of receiving the returned goods. Please note that the original shipping fee is non-refundable.

e) For exchanges, we will ship the desired item to you within 7 days of receiving the returned item, according to our shipping policy.

7. Incorrect Shipment/Damaged Goods

a) We are committed to selling only high-quality goods. Therefore, we conduct multiple quality checks before shipping.

b) If you receive the wrong or damaged goods, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order so that we can replace them free of charge.

c) We will send you a new replacement within 14 days of receiving the damaged or defective goods, in accordance with our shipping policy.

8. Force Majeure

We will not be liable for any failure or delay in performing any of our obligations due to events beyond our reasonable control (including but not limited to fire, flood, severe weather, explosion, war, acts of terrorism, labor disputes, or actions of local or central governments or other competent authorities).
