Refunds and Returns
If you wish to return an item to ryzasuperfoods.store, please contact us within 30 days of receiving the item to request a return label.
Please follow these steps:
Inform us of your refund request and the item you wish to return using one of the following methods:

We do not accept return requests via phone or voicemail.
We will send you a prepaid return form via email within 24-48 hours of receiving your request.
Please return the item to us in its box or envelope using the prepaid return label.
We will initiate the refund process immediately upon receiving your return package and completing its warehousing. Your refund will be processed within 7 business days. The refund will be credited to the same credit card or other payment method you used when placing the order. After the return is processed, the refund may take up to 10 business days to arrive, depending on your payment method.
Please use the return label we provide to return the goods to the correct warehouse that matches your order. If you fail to contact us for a return label, resulting in the goods being sent to the wrong address, we will not be responsible for refunds or reshipments. Returned goods will undergo a full inspection and evaluation before a refund is issued. Goods must be unopened and the seals must be intact to be eligible for a refund.
If you do not contact us to initiate a return within 30 days of receiving the goods, we will not issue a refund. ryzasuperfoods.store is not responsible for duplicate orders placed online by customers.
If a package is returned due to undeliverable conditions, you can choose to request a full refund, or we can reship the item free of charge. **This policy does not apply to refused packages. Please see the “Refused Packages” section below.
Refused Packages: If you have the option, please accept the package and contact us immediately so we can properly process the return. If you refuse the package for any reason other than damage, we will process your refund upon receiving the returned package.
If you refuse to accept the package due to obvious damage to the package or its contents, we will not charge return shipping or any handling fees. If the package is returned to our warehouse, we can refund the full order amount (including any additional shipping costs) or resend it free of charge.
If you find the goods defective/damaged after opening the package, you can return it and receive a full refund or exchange. For example, a broken package seal causing leakage, or a package that is torn or punctured, can all result in damage. We will return the damaged/defective goods free of charge. We must receive the returned goods before we can replace them or issue a refund.
If you refuse to accept the package, please contact us immediately so we know it is being returned.
Please note: Refused packages may be lost during the return process and cannot be delivered. If you refuse to accept the package and it is not returned to our warehouse, we will not be able to issue you a refund. Again, customers must use the return label generated by our customer service team to ensure we can receive the return.

We offer a 100% “Love It or Not” guarantee: experience ryzasuperfoods.store’s subscription service completely risk-free! We have full confidence in the value of ryzasuperfoods.store and hope you are satisfied with your subscription. If you are not satisfied for any reason, we will give you a full refund equal to one opened bag of coffee, one bag of creamer, one bag of matcha, or one bag of chicory in your first subscription order. If you ordered and opened two identical items, such as two bags of coffee, you will only receive a refund for one bag. No reason required! Please note the following: You must notify us within 30 days of receiving the item, otherwise we will not be able to process your refund request. No exceptions. The “Satisfaction Guarantee” applies only to your first subscription order, not to single purchases. Simply follow the return steps described in Part 1 above to request a return label and receive a refund.
